Verified After installing cctv on June 16, the camera turned black and white the next day, so I asked for a replacement, but no action has been taken yet.

Verified Kiet has been a pleasure to work with. We had several delays due to delivery schedules, although troublesome, he was very flexible with the schedule and was able to overcome problems in the cameras he installed. I would definitely consider Kiet and recommend him to anyone who's looking to get their new security cameras installed for their home!

Verified Kiet helped with our existing residential security camera system in San Jose. He first worked remotely on diagnosing the problem, then came onsite to further investigate and make the necessary changes and repairs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a very diverse tech background, is polite and easy to work with.
He was able to get the system up and running quickly, and his time/materials costs are very, very reasonable!
I highly recommend using Around the Clock Point of Sale & Security!

Verified Very professional and clear in communication during an assessment for installing a Ring floodlight camera. Kiet explained the options for placement, the work and materials required, how long the installation will take, and the cost. He was thorough and efficient. I'll be glad to hire him again.

Verified Kiet helped fix existing Cat6 ethernet wiring that had been installed by another provider that had stopped working. Overall outstanding work - Kiet quickly diagnosed the problems, fixed the broken connections and then identified several miswiring mistakes done by the earlier provider.. and fixed them right away. Super easy to do business with - quickly responded to my request before he was hired, checked in the day of our appointment to confirm details, showed up on time and wore a mask! Very pleasant to work with - overall +1, will *definitely* hire again.

Verified Kiet did a good job installing security cameras for me. The cameras are PoE, so he ran a lot of cat6 cable in the walls and helped to mount the cameras outside, then helped set up the NVR to connect all of the cameras. I'm very satisfied with his work.
