Kiet has been a pleasure to work with.  We had several delays due to delivery schedules, although troublesome, he was very flexible with the schedule and was able to overcome problems in the cameras he installed. Kiet helped with our existing residential security camera system in San Jose. He first worked remotely on diagnosing the problem, then came onsite to further investigate and make the necessary changes and repairs. He is incredibly knowledgeable, has a very diverse tech background, is polite and easy to work with.  
He was able to get the system up and running quickly, and his time/materials costs are very, very reasonable!

Very professional and clear in communication during an assessment for installing a Ring floodlight camera. Kiet explained the options for placement, the work and materials required, how long the installation will take, and the cost. He was thorough and efficient. I'll be glad to hire him again.
